Hi, I'm Ton. I'm 52 years old, and live in the Netherlands (Europe). I'm an Sales Manager for the moment and spend lots of my time taking photographs and programming a bit on the internet.

I studied at the Academy of Arts in Tilburg and I was a analog photagrapher (1974-1985) for a while. Since 2001 with my first digital I liked to start allover again, but I do it only digital.

photoblog
Recently I also began with my daily photoblog. First on blogger. But on April 27th a converted to Pixelpost. The main reason was my own server.
I also publish on and of on Flickr, stock.xchng or on dutchphotozone. For my galeries I use JAlbum with Simpleviewer as a skin for my albums.

equipment
In July 2001 I began to use my first digital camera. This was a Canon Ixus. I just took snapshots and everything I liked. Lots of pictures, more then 5000. And then last year sand on the beach. I needed to buy me a new one. On that moment the HP R707 Photosmart was the best choice. And now I'm waiting untill I can buy the E-300 from Olympus. Today June 7th I have bought me the Olympus E-300 with 14-45 and 40-150 Zuiko lenses.

processing
All my images are taken in JPEG format and converted and processed with either Picasa and/or Photoshop. On my laptop I manage all my pictures with Picasa and on the internet I use Simpleviewer for my galleries
